ant在做build的過程中
假如需要連上網去下載一些東西
有時候可能就需要設定proxy才有辨法連上網路
那麼proxy的設定方法如下：
export ANT_OPTS="-Dhttp.proxyHost=ip_address -Dhttp.proxyPort=using port"
